Ryan Kocher is Senior Vice President of Integrity Health’s Medicare Advantage division, overseeing all strategy and operations for that category.
Ryan grew up in central Pennsylvania and attended the University of Richmond, where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in business administration. He then embarked on a successful insurance career, ultimately gaining over twenty years of leadership experience at prominent organizations. Much of that time was spent at The Cigna Group, where he held several key roles, including Chief Operating Officer for the Mid-South Markets and Market President for the Pacific Northwest.
Most recently, Ryan served as The Cigna Group’s Medicare Chief Growth Officer. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing all growth-related functions — sales, marketing, customer retention and customer experience — for the company’s Medicare Advantage, Medicare supplement and prescription drug plan offerings nationwide. He consistently demonstrated expertise in driving organizational growth, reflecting his comprehensive industry knowledge. During this time, Ryan also had responsibility for the Group Medicare and the Supplemental Benefits businesses.
Throughout his career, Ryan has contributed to significant market initiatives, launched new products and built top-performing teams. Ryan’s approach to leadership highlights his unwavering dedication to excellence, adaptability and making a lasting impact. Ryan and his wife are proud parents of three children. He actively supports their activities, enjoys sports and prioritizes wellness in his daily routine.
