Prior to joining Integrity, he served as U.S. Chief Operating Officer at Lockton, where he helped architect and scale the firm’s national transformation strategy. He also previously served as Lockton’s Chief Digital Officer, launching enterprise technology platforms that redefined client delivery.
Said’s earlier leadership roles include Chief Information Officer at AF Group and senior positions at XL Group and Zurich North America Commercial. At Fortune Global 500-ranked Accenture, Taiym was responsible for large-scale insurtech transformation efforts with organizational-wide impact for his clients, leading impressive operational and digital change for Fortune 500 insurance carriers.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and finance from the University of Illinois Chicago and an Executive Management Certification from Columbia University.
However, of all the roles he’s held, his favorites include those of husband and father, with great joy found in acting as the “logistics coordinator” for his daughter’s equestrian career. In addition to cheering his daughter on, he enjoys working out, reading and exploring the world with his family.
