Linda built her career piece by piece, working her way through college and spending over a decade at her first role where she learned foundational skills. Her global experience with corporations like Deutsche Bank, Ally, American Express and Nielsen Holdings have prepared her for every nuance of corporate finance. Linda knows that learning at every opportunity, mentoring others and giving before you receive are key parts of life success. When Linda joined Integrity, we gained a champion who can keep building Integrity in its mission to plan for the good days ahead.

Tess is an energetic powerhouse who began her leadership journey right out of college, with a work ethic from her strong and inspiring mother. An insurance opportunity led Tess to corporations like The Midland, Chase Insurance, West Coast Life and American General. She then took on a pivotal role with Mutual of Omaha, becoming Senior Vice President of Brokerage Sales. With this incredible experience, Tess joined Integrity to work with distribution and carrier partners. In her role as President, Integrity Life, Tess is spreading her positive impact throughout the whole organization.

Ever wondered what it takes to become the victor when challenges try to hold you back? We would love you to meet Jayne Rothman, Chief Legal Officer here at Integrity. Jayne spent many happy hours while growing up in family debates, paving her path to a legal career. She worked as a clerk for her state’s Bankruptcy Court Chief Justice right out of law school, leading to Jayne writing a unanimously-affirmed opinion before the United States Supreme Court. In 2021, Jayne joined Integrity, affirming her commitment to helping companies navigate the legal world as they grow and thrive. Her joy for life, tenacity, unwavering internal compass and multitude of talents cements Jayne as a leader for us all.

What makes a leader, according to Maral Keshishian, President of PHP Agency? It starts with understanding your own potential, but then requires the drive to do what others won’t to really soar. You must have faith, courage and humility to align with mentors who see your strengths and can hold you to high expectations. Jacque built an incredible insurance career over 35 years, but it wasn’t without a lot of grit, grace and love. Jacque’s deep inspiration grew from her sister Debbie, whose Down syndrome meant a life lived with differences from those around her. But her life was also overflowing with love. Debbie showed that life is all about how we communicate and connect with people despite our challenges.
