“Inspire” Podcast’s One-Year Anniversary

Category: "Inspire" Stories

Date: March 26, 2021

This week marks the one-year anniversary of the “Inspire” Podcast. Through thick and thin — and even a global pandemic — the “Inspire” Podcast has remained a dose of positivity that our Integrity family can count on.

On March 24, 2020, the world looked pretty far from normal. In the midst of these unprecedented times, Integrity unified employees with a burst of positivity in the form of a daily podcast.

With guests from Integrity’s roster of partners — as well as exciting company announcements — the “Inspire” Podcast never fails to inject joy and connection through the 5,500 employees that make up the Integrity family.

Even after “Inspire” pivoted to a weekly schedule, Co-Founder and CEO Bryan W. Adams continued to provide important company updates, celebratory news, guest interviews and a weekly “Inspire 100” — highlighting an employee nominated by their peers for going above and beyond.

In the past year, the “Inspire” Podcast has accomplished:

  • 90+ total episodes
  • 20,000+ episodes streamed
  • 100+ special guests
  • 95+ Inspire 100s
  • $100,000 donated to charities through our “Integrity Idol” contest

We have a lot to celebrate on this first anniversary of the “Inspire” Podcast — especially how much it has brought our Integrity family together. To listen to previous episodes, please visit our “Inspire” Podcast home page.
