After 27 years of building a beautiful marriage, John and Kim Kight of The Cornerstone Group have built their success on a foundation of teamwork.

This power couple has been in business together since they first married, but they really hit their stride when they started The Cornerstone Group. John and Kim created the success they see today through modeling their strong dynamic of communication and trust, prioritizing the creation of good, strong teams.

Take a look at this photo from John and Kim’s wedding day all those years ago:

By moving hand-in-hand through every challenge — business or otherwise — these two have not only created a partnership for life, but also a successful company.

As The Cornerstone Group began to take form, this couple originally focused on providing for their family. However, as they grew in business and in life, a new vision came to fruition. Success was no longer solely defined by the ways in which John and Kim provided for their own family, but rather in helping others within the company reach their dreams.

John and Kim love seeing their teams successfully achieve their goals. Similarly, we can’t wait to see The Cornerstone Group grow further and faster than ever as an Integrity partner.
