Eric’s career trajectory is marked by a notable transition from an encyclopedia salesman to a leader in the insurance industry. His initial role as a salesman was fueled by a genuine desire to provide knowledge and a brighter future for children — a sentiment that resonates deeply with every parent. His persuasive pitch and earnest enthusiasm paved the way for his successful career in insurance, where he continues to exhibit the same fervor.
His enthusiasm for building up the next generation is seen in his passion for coaching. Eric has coached his six sons in a number of sports, from baseball and basketball to golf. He has loved being by their side and watching them develop. He takes that same passion and gives it to his agents by fostering an environment of growth and support. And since four of his sons have joined the family business, his time as their coach has extended into the boardroom!
