Joining the Team of a Lifetime

We were privileged to hear from Eric Anthony Sr. of Anthony Insurance Agency on this week’s “Inspire” Podcast. During his sports career and his time in the insurance industry, Eric has learned a lot of lessons.

One of the best pieces of advice that he could relay to anyone, including his son, Eric Anthony Jr., would be to acknowledge the importance of playing on a great team.

Long before his powerhouse status in the insurance business, Eric took his talents to the field playing baseball for Eastern Connecticut State University. Above is a great photo from that time!

Beyond his teamwork on the field, Eric found that surrounding himself with the best would be a great way to learn and grow in anything he did. In his career, this philosophy clearly worked out for the best as he aligned himself with other Integrity partners.

Take a look at this photo of Eric with his son, Eric Anthony Jr., and fellow Integrity Partners Shawn Meaike and Andrew Taylor:

We are so grateful to welcome a Partner like Eric Anthony who knows the value of a great team  — both on the field and in business.
