As part of the acquisition, Art Leazer, CEO of The Leazer Group, will become a Managing Partner in Integrity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Leazer Group will now offer its employees meaningful ownership through Integrity’s Employee Ownership Plan.
