DALLAS – Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), the nation’s largest independent distributor of life and health insurance products, today announced it has acquired the Michael O’Brien Insurance Agency (“Michael O’Brien Insurance”), an independent marketing organization (IMO) based in Mayfield, New York. As part of the acquisition, Michael O’Brien, President of Michael O’Brien Insurance, will become a Managing Partner in Integrity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
