Three Tips for Agent Success

New Integrity Partner Senior Insurance Marketing puts their Agents first. On a recent episode of the “Inspire” Podcast, new Managing Partner Kristi Roth shared three simple tips she’s used over the years to help motivate her Agents and fuel their success.

Tip #1: Agent motivation must come from the heart. Be it through their open-door policy or frequent in-person visits, agents know the Roths are always available to help.

Tip #2: Anticipate Agent needs. With their headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska, many of their Agents are driving long distances to meet with clients. To help those Agents, Kristi assembled an “Agent survival kit” for their cars just in case anything happens while out on the road.

Tip #3: We’re all on the same team. As a former college athlete and current volunteer referee, Kristi understands the power of teamwork. Because of that, she uses that spirit of sportsmanship to engage Agents and foster their success.

We love it when our partners teach us new ways to build up Agent support and be there for our teams. It was great to have Kristi on the podcast and we hope that you’ll check out the rest of the episode to learn about her secret weapon for Agent support: compassion.
