At Integrity, we have a passion for being excellent team players. We believe that as we lift our team members up, we all become better. This is a mentality shared by our new Partner, Senior Advisory Insurance Services and their fearless leader, John Kulakowski.

On a recent episode of the “Inspire” Podcast, John shared that his business beliefs stem from his love of basketball. Basketball and business both require great teamwork and the ability to set and reach goals. That competitive spirit helps fuel success, both on the court and in the office.

John Kulakowski and Basketball

A lifelong athlete, John brings his experience in collegiate basketball to his management style, coaching and mentoring agents. When at home, he uses that same coaching spirit to shoot hoops with his sons on his indoor basketball court, complete with the logo of his family’s favorite college team — the Syracuse University Orangemen — at center court.

We love hearing about our Partners and their dedication to success. It was great to catch up with John and hear his vision for the future with Integrity. Check out the rest of the episode to learn more about John and this wonderful new partnership.
