A Company Culture of Service

We love nothing more than when our partners live by our values. Recently on the “Inspire” Podcast, we spoke with new Partner Blair Farwell of Resource Brokerage about how his kids and the Girl Scouts inspired him to make some changes within his company.

In 2013, Blair’s oldest daughter’s Girl Scout troop did some charity work with Feed My Starving Children, a nonprofit that delivers food to children all over the world. He and his family had so much fun helping with the service project that he proposed the idea of going there as a company for a service day.

Since then, Resource Brokerage employees have helped prepare nearly 200,000 meals for Feed My Starving Children. On service days, the team will close the office early, get some dinner and spend a few hours packing meals together. Service has always been at the core of their business, but now they see it as a crucial part of their workload.

We love learning about the ways our Integrity family takes time to perform acts of service. It inspires us all to get out there and do more for our neighbors. Check out the rest of Blair’s episode of the “Inspire” Podcast to hear about his dedication to service and how it has impacted every part of his business.
