It’s no secret that Integrity partners know the importance of having a good team. Western Marketing’s Mark Finken knows what it takes to be part of and build an all-star lineup. Now as an Integrity partner, Mark and his team are ready to take their game to the next level.

But it turns out that Western Marketing isn’t the only team that benefited from Mark’s leadership. For 16 straight summers, Mark coached little league baseball. For him, it was all about the love of the game and helping his team learn to work together.

Even though Mark isn’t coaching as much anymore, his summers are still centered around sports. He particularly loves watching his family’s favorite team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers! As we heard on the podcast, Mark often runs into another Integrity family member at these games: Co-Founder & Managing Partner Tom Schueth. Turns out they’re both avid baseball fans and look forward to bumping into each other at tailgate events!

We love hearing about our partners’ passions and how they intersect with other members of the Integrity family as well. Whether it be on the field or meeting with clients, one thing is for sure: Mark Finken is in a league of his own!

Check out the “Inspire” Podcast to catch the latest news and announcements from Integrity and learn more about our amazing partners.
