Sam Hoyek, President & CEO of Senior Security Insurance Partners, is a man who knows the value of dedication. Sam has a deep admiration for bees; he even tends to a few beehives! He sees them as the embodiment of diligence and persistence. On the “Inspire” Podcast he tells us that bees work tirelessly — planning for the seasons, working as a team and always driven by a singular goal: success.
Much like the bees he admires, Sam’s journey to building a powerhouse insurance company from the ground up required a similar mindset. Immigrating from Lebanon to the U.S. with nothing but a dream, Sam started with almost no resources. At one point, he lived out of his car with only $4 in his pocket. Despite these hardships, he never wavered in his determination. “Is this the best you can do?” Sam would ask himself every day. His answer was always the same: “No, I can always do better.”
Sam’s commitment to hard work was relentless, focusing on what he could control and pushing forward even when faced with the toughest challenges. He embodies his motto: “Figure it out, deal with it, get over it.” Sam even brought along a few of his sayings, printed out on cards for the podcast.
