The Integrity family is full of innovative and talented leaders, and we love seeing when their passion and energy gets poured into interesting hobbies.

For Elka Soussana, President and CEO of Simpler Horizons Insurance Solutions, the same level of enthusiasm she gives to serving agents and clients is poured into baking for the people she cares about.

On her episode of the “Inspire” Podcast, Elka tells us how much she loves sharing her homemade treats with her work family — and would even make sure orientation meetings were well stocked with freshly-baked sweets and cakes!

Baking isn’t just about experimenting with recipes, Elka says, it’s a way for her to show love and support to her personal and work families. So, when she brought a tray of homemade Raspberry Crunch Squares for Integrity’s Co-Founder and CEO Bryan W. Adams, he was both honored and impressed!

Now we get to share some of that deliciousness with you! Check out the recipe below. Elka hopes you enjoy it as much as Bryan did!
