Building Bonds, Breaking Barriers

Date: April 4, 2025

Arnie Fulmer, CEO of Fulmer Insurance Group, knows what it means to face challenges and build something extraordinary from humble beginnings. Growing up with four siblings in a single-room home, Arnie learned the importance of hard work and determination early in life. Those lessons shaped the foundation for his thriving business today.

Before entering the insurance industry, Arnie spent more than 30 years in sales where he mastered the art of building relationships. His philosophy is simple: relationships are everything. From the beginning, he trained his agents with that mindset — emphasizing real connections, meaningful follow ups and always putting the client first. His “Medicare 101” training is rooted in practical, real-world experience because Arnie believes there’s no better classroom than the field itself.

But Arnie’s life isn’t all business. When it’s time to unwind, he finds joy in playing video games and spending time with his grandkids. Whether it’s strategizing in Diablo or planning family vacations, Arnie knows how important it is to stay mentally sharp and take time to recharge.

At Integrity, we celebrate leaders like Arnie who bring passion, grit and heart to everything they do. His unwavering dedication to his team and his family makes him an amazing addition to the Integrity family. We’re excited to see how his story continues to unfold!
