Founder’s Court

On a special live on-location “Inspire” Podcast episode filmed during the 2023 Integrity Foundation Playground Build, Integrity Co-Founder Mike Wingate surprised us all with an ambitious dream — to build pickleball courts in Norfolk, Nebraska. And last week, with the help of fellow Co-Founders Tom Schueth and Bryan W. Adams, this dream became an exciting reality with the official grand opening of Founder’s Court — a complete pickleball setup with 4 courts, lights and fences!

At the ribbon cutting, Founder’s Court was filled with Integrity team members from Premier and WealthFirm, family and friends enjoying some bright summer sun and a bit of friendly competition. It was a beautiful sight to see, filled with laughter, joy and a bit of emotion as Mike’s parents, Skip and Marilyn Wingate, were forever memorialized on the court’s sign.

Integrity loves being able to support the communities where we live, work and serve. Creating safe places for recreation and play not only support our core value of Service, but have lasting impacts on our neighbors and families, instilling important life lessons that come from teamwork and healthy competition.
