The husband-and-wife team at Phoenix Star Insurance Agency is helping raise up our industry’s next generation of leaders. For many Integrity family members, sports have played a significant role in how they’ve developed into the icons they are today. Allan Ly, CEO of Phoenix Star Insurance Agency, says that’s one of the primary reasons why he is grateful his three kids are enjoying one of his favorite pastimes, basketball.

Basketball

Both Allan and his wife and business partner, Cindy Kien, played basketball as kids. They continue to play with their children every weekend. But Allan says it’s not just about spending quality time with his family, it’s also about making sure his two sons and young daughter develop the skills necessary to find and build success — be it in the family business or their own future endeavors.

Allan has been training his kids with basketball drills for years and was proud when his oldest son finally beat him during a one-on-one game. From the sidelines as both a coach and a father, Allan is seeing his children develop the discipline needed as they both learn and grow into some amazing student athletes, productive members of society and, just maybe, tomorrow’s industry leaders.

We are proud to welcome Allan and the whole Phoenix Star Insurance Agency team to the Integrity family. With our support he can further build up and develop his agents, help them serve more families and enjoy the opportunities this industry gives all of us — including spending time with the people who truly matter. For Allan, he’ll be in the stands or courtside, supporting his kids. Learn more about Allan and the Phoenix Star Insurance Agency team here!
