Before David Sica found the insurance industry, he was searching — not just for a career, but for a path that would break a generational cycle of poverty. Born in Argentina, he was raised by a mother who embraced the unknown to move her family to Southern California in search of a better life. His mother worked tirelessly; yet, he says they were often at the precipice of homelessness. Watching her perseverance shaped David’s work ethic and inspired him to build a life that would allow him to serve others while creating true financial freedom for his family.
David poured himself into his education, earning degrees from UCLA with dreams of becoming a child psychologist. His passion to serve never wavered. However, he realized that this path would not provide the financial freedom he longed for, so he began to look for a career that would help him reach this goal.
Standing at a crossroads, David asked God to close every wrong door and leave open only the doors meant for him. Not long after, an old friend and pastor introduced him to the insurance industry. Taking this as a sign from on high, David stepped into the unknown, trusting that God was leading him into something greater.
The early years were not easy, but he allowed those struggles to refine his skills. David remained anchored to his faith, believing that God had placed him in this business for a reason. That faith was soon rewarded not only with success, but with love — in the form of his wife and business partner, Alyssa Sica. Together, they built Divine Purpose Financial, with a commitment to build people first with a foundation of faith and integrity.
Today, with the Integrity Family standing beside him, David and the entire Divine Purpose Financial team are stepping into a new season of growth.
