“If you want to go fast, go alone — but if you want to go far, go together” is a saying many of us have heard, but one that’s been truly realized by our partners Adam and Beth Katz, the husband-and-wife team who lead The Katz Agency.
Fresh out of college, Adam and Beth began their careers as teachers, eager to serve and lift the next generation, however they quickly realized this path also came with unique struggles. Many of their students had personal challenges that made it difficult for them to succeed at school, which was often disheartening and left them feeling discouraged. And although they loved the impact for good they were having on so many of their students, the financial challenges to their family were felt.
They dreamed of starting a family, but wanted to feel confident they were prepared to financially take on this next phase of life. It was during this time that they met Andy Albright, an Integrity Managing Partner, who encouraged them to consider a path that could support the family they hoped to build. Beth was initially hesitant, but Adam recognized the opportunity immediately. Together, they began a journey toward financial freedom and the future they dreamed of.
The early years as agency builders were challenging, but the lessons they learned in front of the chalk board gave them the skills needed to effectively teach, guide and support their agents. During their time as educators, they tried to help students rise above broken foundations. Now, through this industry, they are helping entire families create the stability and security that can ripple through generations.
As their success grew, so did their family. The Katzes raised three children and recently welcomed a grandson. Their story of taking a leap of faith and building together fuels their mission: helping agents and families dare to dream.
