Vaulting into the Future

The insurance industry is a place that rewards agents and leaders who know how to learn and grow. So when Easton Padden, CEO of The Disruption Group, joined the industry it became the perfect proving ground — a place where his ranch-bred grit and athlete’s discipline allowed him to thrive and elevate others along the way.

Easton credits two early influences for shaping the foundation of his character: his father and his college pole vaulting career. Growing up he spent his summers working on his family’s 150-year-old ranch. While this instilled in him a strong work ethic, his father gave him a prime example of perseverance. Easton’s father lost his leg in a combine accident at just 22, but he refused to complain or make excuses. Instead, he adapted, stayed positive and focused on new opportunities away from the ranch. His father’s intensity and optimism left a lasting mark on Easton, inspiring him to push through the difficulty of starting his own business.

When Easton started college, he was intent on following his high school passion of pole vaulting but didn’t make it through tryouts. This early setback nearly derailed his ambitions — until a coach saw beyond the moment and recognized his potential. Through consistent training, hard lessons and unwavering belief from that coaching staff, Easton became a three-time national champion and even broke multiple school records. Those years taught him that while he may not always have the same strengths as others, he could compete — and win — through grit and consistency.

Those same principles guided him in the insurance world, where he connected with mentors who shared his values. Leaders like Integrity Managing Partners Shawn Meaike and Zac Twardowski who helped him embrace a philosophy of “aggressive patience” that perfectly bridged his past with his future. Building The Disruption Group required that balance — planning for the future while showing up every day ready to work hard, grow and support his team in becoming the best versions of themselves.

As The Disruption Group expanded, Easton’s commitment to empowering people ultimately led him to Integrity. With our groundbreaking and innovative systems, he can better guide and uplift agents as his coaches and mentors did for him. Learn more about Easton and The Disruption Group in their announcement video here!
