A feast with the Foschinis

At Integrity, we understand the important role family plays in the lives of our partners. When we hear great stories about them going above and beyond to honor their heritage, we can’t wait to share them!

For new partner Al Foschini of The Foschini Group, his dedication to family ties back to his Italian roots. His parents made sure to include their Italian heritage as part of his upbringing, but it was something he was self-conscious about. Al says he’s grown to appreciate his parents’ dedication to passing on the traditions of their native home to him and now, to his son and daughter as well.

Many of those traditions center around food. The Foschinis celebrate their heritage by making their own sauces, dried meats and even homemade wine. Then they gather for Sunday dinner, where Al’s mom and mother-in-law cook up recipes that feed over 30 family members. You can even get a glimpse of Sunday at the Foschinis in their announcement video!

We love hearing stories about how our partners not only appreciate family but honor their heritage. Check out the rest of Al’s episode of the “Inspire” Podcast to hear more about Al and his company.
