International Day of Friendship Highlights!

Date: August 8, 2024

We’d like to thank everyone who participated in celebrating the International Day of Friendship on July 30th! It was inspiring to see so many of our Integrity family sharing the special bonds they’ve formed here. According to a recent Gallup Poll, those who strongly agree to having a best friend at work are 7 times as engaged in their company culture! Here at Integrity, we put our people first, and we see that our employees live this out everyday by building great connections and thriving in their work environments!

Together, we showcased the true spirit of friendship that thrives within our organization. Our photo submissions beautifully illustrate the camaraderie and support that make our workplace unique. These friendships not only enrich our daily lives, but also enhance our collaborative environment, driving us toward common goals with shared joy and purpose.

We’ve put together a highlight video above featuring all of our “work BFF” submissions, capturing the essence of the connections that make Integrity a great place to work. Watch to see how friendships flourish in our Integrity family!

We want to give a big shoutout to our employees and partners for embracing the spirit of this special day and for contributing to our inclusive and supportive culture. Here’s to more laughter, support and teamwork as we continue to build bridges and strengthen bonds!
