A Partnership Years in the Making

On the “Inspire” Podcast, we heard Integrity Co-Founder and CEO Bryan W. Adams speak with his very good friend and new Integrity partner, Shane Van Loon of American Group Insurance.

Integrity’s relationship with the Van Loon family goes back many years. In fact, Shane’s father, the late Howard Van Loon, was a great mentor to Bryan who taught him a lot about the business. As Shane mentioned in the podcast, Howard’s word was always gold. His life was centered around integrity and hard work—attributes that were developed from a young age when he was a shot put champion.

Above is a photo of Shane Van Loon cheering on the Aggies. Below is a fun photo of Howard Van Loon from his shot putting days at Texas A&M:

Both of the Van Loons were present when the idea for Integrity was born. Although they didn’t partner at that time, the groups remained close friends as both of their companies grew. Now, as a member of the Integrity family, Shane will continue to build on the proud legacy his father started. We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome him home!
