Sports have a unique way of bringing people together and imparting essential life lessons. For the Spencer family, their love of sports has provided valuable opportunities for them and their four children to grow and learn. New Integrity Managing Partner Earle Spencer III joined us on the “Inspire” Podcast and shared how he and his wife love cheering on their kids. But Earle takes it a step closer by working with the sideline football referees and helping on the chain crew.

Also known as the “chain gang,” Earle and others on the crew manage the two signal poles, which are attached by 10 feet of chain (hence the nickname). Earle says that while his wife, Traci, cheers from the stands, he gets a front row seat to the action by working on the sidelines.

At Integrity, we believe in the importance of family, both in our personal lives and in our business. Earle’s commitment to his family and his willingness to volunteer his time and effort to support his children’s sporting events is a testament to this shared belief. It’s a reminder of how family can motivate us to go the extra mile for each other.

Thank you, Earle, for sharing how sports have impacted your life and family. Be sure to check out the rest of his story to learn more about how his involvement in his children’s sports has strengthened his commitment to Integrity’s core value of Family.
