At Integrity, we believe that family is the foundation of everything we do. Jose Gaytan, founder of TGA Financials and one of Integrity’s newest partners, exemplifies this core value in both his personal and professional life.

Growing up in Mexico as the youngest of four children, Jose experienced firsthand the struggles of a family without a father. After immigrating to the U.S., he watched his single mother work tirelessly to provide for her children. These experiences shaped Jose’s determination to step up and become a role model for his family and others.

Jose’s journey into the insurance industry was fueled by his commitment to helping families like his own. Founding TGA Financials with his wife, Marlene, he built a business that not only serves clients but also empowers his agents, helping them build their futures with integrity and purpose.

At home, Jose’s dedication to family shines just as brightly. With four sons, he is determined to be the involved and caring father he never had. Whether coaching them in sports or teaching them the value of hard work, Jose calls himself their biggest cheerleader.

Jose is a testament to the power of family, service and perseverance. We are proud to have him as part of the Integrity family, where his dedication to others will continue to inspire and create lasting impact.
