Fuel for Growth

Our new Partners at J.D. Mullens know what it takes to build and mentor successful new Agents. Recently on the “Inspire” Podcast, Joshua Mullens shared his philosophy on agent success and how it all links back to his work on his family’s farm.

For Joshua, agent success comes from giving them a safe place to grow. His company gives opportunity and fuel for growth by building his agents’ skills and abilities through coaching. He says most of his agents don’t start with selling immediately, but instead they work at the office for a while first to gain an understanding of the industry and the services they will provide.

Joshua says it’s a practice inspired by nature. On his farm, he doesn’t just throw seeds out into the field and hope for the best. He cultivates the land to be in the best condition possible and gives the seed everything it needs to grow. It’s clearly a practice that’s working for his team because his agents are thriving!

Inspired by the success, Joshua has further invested in his farm. He recently added a six-acre lake to his property to provide a safe habitat for raising fish. It’s clear that in every aspect of his life, Joshua Mullens knows what it takes to foster growth and reach potential.
