It’s one thing to move from a small town to the big city — it’s another thing to move from a small village in India across the world to Los Angeles. But that’s exactly how Navdeep Kalsi’s story begins. His journey to becoming the successful founder of Kalsi Insurance Agency is nothing short of inspiring and a hallmark of the American Dream.

Navdeep grew up in a village of 300 people, so his father often spent months away from home working as a heavy machinery mechanic to provide for his family. At age 10, Navdeep and his family moved to Los Angeles for a chance at a better future. The transition was challenging, filled with culture shock, struggles and, unfortunately, tragedy.

A few years after moving to the U.S., Navdeep’s father passed away. Although Navdeep was only 13 years old, he found himself taking on the role of provider for his mother and younger sister. He juggled school during the day and worked nights cleaning office buildings with his uncle, balancing the responsibilities of a teenager with the weight of supporting his family.

Today, Navdeep is a respected leader in the Los Angeles business community. His commitment to service extends beyond his company as he actively volunteers at his Sikh temple, including organizing food donations and assisting other entrepreneurs in starting their own businesses.

Navdeep’s journey is a testament to perseverance, hard work and the power of community. His passion for service and dedication to helping others has built a thriving business that continues to make a real impact in people’s lives. We are honored to have Navdeep as part of the Integrity family and look forward to supporting him as he continues to grow and give back.
