It’s that time — the time for everyone to step out of their company dugouts, step up to the plate and start swinging for the fences! Integrity’s Spring Training Program is a five-week season designed to get us “in shape” for a successful and competitive year!
What Is Integrity Spring Training?
It’s our annual employee program that helps improve our processes and strengthen our teams through weekly trainings and certifications. The program offers an engaging combination of employee policy reviews, compliance awareness trainings, updates from People & Culture and more. But it also adds a ton of fun by providing great team-building activities, exciting competitions, snack-filled “team huddles” and cool Integrity swag.
What to Expect
Over the next few weeks, we’ll focus on Integrity’s five Core Values. Everyone in the Integrity family will be asked to complete a variety of courses, review some critical updates and formally acknowledge a few requirements — but that’s not all! The Integrity family will have lots of activities and competitions throughout Spring Training, and we can’t wait to share them with you on social media, so find us below and follow along!
