DALLAS – APRIL 14, 2022 – Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), a leading distributor of life and health insurance, and provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions, today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Honeycutt Insurance Marketing, an independent marketing organization (“IMO”) based in Victorville, California. As part of the acquisition, Tray Honeycutt, President of Honeycutt Insurance Marketing, will become a Managing Partner in Integrity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

He established Honeycutt Insurance Marketing to serve middle-income consumers by providing final expense insurance, mortgage protection and annuities.
