Wellness Power Up is lighting up your summer!

Category: Integrity Culture

Date: June 26, 2023

We are excited to kick off summer with our Wellness Power Up initiative. This time, we are leaning into what can be a real “power” source in our lives: mental health and mindfulness. Research is showing that there’s a direct connection between mental health and physical health — so we’re here to show some simple ways to benefit both by increasing mindfulness and healthy mental habits.

During these next four weeks, information about how to reduce stress, stay focused, increase productivity and improve overall mental well-being will be sent to the entire Integrity family. Oh, and did we mention the swag?!

Now that Power Up is here, our teams can get EXCITED for helpful things like:

·      Mental health support resources, both local and national

·      Free virtual webinars from UnitedHealthCare (UHC)

·      Self-care ideas and how to recognize burnout

·      Themed Integrity swag

·      Raffle prizes — earn tickets by completing activities!

Let’s all take advantage of Wellness Power Up tools to help find inner power and build resources that are right for well-rounded mental health. We’ll share lots of what we’ve learned here on the blog as well so stay tuned!

It’s time to power up!
